Alex founded E & A Mechanical in 2001 with one truck and one rule: do the work right the first time. Today we’ve grown to serve tens of thousands of homes across Greater LA — but we still train every technician in-house, we still answer the phone live, and you’ll still meet Alex on big installs.

How long has EA Mechanical been in business?
E & A Mechanical was founded in 2001 in Tujunga, California. We have served the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles for 25 years — family-owned, family-run, and still at the same Elmo Street shop.
Do you subcontract or use your own technicians?
We never subcontract. Every technician is hired, trained, and background-checked in-house. The person on your driveway is on our payroll and wears our uniform.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. E & A Mechanical holds California contractor license #921921, carries full general liability and workers compensation insurance, and is BBB A+ accredited. Every technician is EPA 608 certified.
Do you charge a trip or diagnostic fee?
Our diagnostic fee is $89 and is waived when you approve the repair. No hidden trip fees. You know the cost before we turn a wrench.
