Carrier has been a leader in residential HVAC for nearly a century. The current lineup splits into three tiers: the Infinity series (variable-speed, smartphone-integrated, premium), the Performance series (mid-range two-stage equipment), and the Comfort series (single-stage budget-conscious systems with strong reliability). All three qualify for our standard install, startup, and labor warranty.

Because we are an independent installer rather than a Carrier-only dealer, we will tell you honestly when a different brand would be a better fit for the home. We have seen too many homeowners locked into one brand by a contractor's distributor agreement when the right answer was something else entirely.

For warranty service on systems we did not install, we coordinate directly with the Carrier distributor on your behalf.

Warranties on a Carrier Install

Carrier's Infinity series ships with a 10-year limited parts warranty and a 10-year limited compressor warranty when the system is registered within 90 days of install. Performance and Comfort series typically carry 10-year parts when registered. EA Mechanical adds a one-year labor warranty on every install on top of the Carrier parts coverage and handles registration on your behalf so you do not lose the long warranty by missing the 90-day window.
