Pricing — FAQ

How HVAC pricing works at EA.

Or call (818) 988-9060
How much does HVAC service cost in Los Angeles?

Our precision tune-up is $87 per visit. The annual maintenance plan is $129 per year and includes two visits plus 15% off all repairs. Repair diagnostics are $89 and free when you approve the repair. Most AC and furnace repairs fall between $150 and $600.

How much does a new AC or furnace installation cost?

Residential AC and furnace installations typically run $5,000 to $15,000 depending on tonnage, SEER rating, ductwork condition, and whether electrical upgrades are needed. We provide free in-home estimates with a load calculation before quoting.

Do you charge trip fees?

No. If you approve the repair, the $89 diagnostic is waived — you pay only for the work. Annual plan members never pay diagnostic fees.

Do you offer HVAC financing?

Yes, we offer financing through Synchrony and other lenders for qualified buyers — often with 0% promotional rates on 12 to 18 month terms. Call (818) 988-9060 to discuss options that fit your budget.

Do you accept LADWP and SoCalGas rebates?

Yes. We handle the paperwork for LADWP heat pump rebates (up to $2,500 per ton), SoCalGas furnace rebates, and SCE incentives. See our HVAC rebates page for current 2026 amounts and eligibility.

Is the annual maintenance plan worth it?

For most homeowners, yes. The plan costs $129 but includes two $87 tune-ups (a $174 value) plus 15% off every repair all year. If you have any repair work in the plan year, the plan pays for itself.
